Heard Sri Bholeshwar, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Kushmondeya Shahi, Advocate for Respondents-3, 4 and 5. 2. Petitioner was working at a Primary School at Shankargarh, Prayagraj. She has raised serious allegations against a co-teacher, who has suffered suspension order and thereafter punishment order also and now he has been transferred. 3. During aforesaid proceedings petitioner was temporarily attached at a School at Phoolpur and now by impugned order she has been directed to join at her original School at Shankargarh. Said order dated 09.04.2025 is impugned in present writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was suffering from Cancer as well as that the co-teacher can still harm her, therefore, she may be remained posted at Phoolpur or transfer to any other School. However, this oral argument is not supported by any averment made in this writ petition. 5. Even otherwise, co-teacher has already been transferred to other School, therefore, apprehension of any harm by said co-teacher has no basis. Petitioner has already come out from the disease of Cancer way back in the year 2009, therefore, I find no reason to interfere with impugned order. 6. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
