Heard Mrs. Durga Tiwari, learned counsel for petitioner and Mrs. Raj Laxmi, learned Standing Counsel for State-Respondents. 2. Petitioner has claimed that she has continued to work on contract basis as Instructor from 2013-14 to 2023-24 on yearly renewal. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a notice was issued to petitioner to improve her conduct to which she replied, however, she is not aware whether her contract was renewed for the Session 2024-25 or not and without any speaking order she has not been allowed to work from July, 2024. This assertion is made on basis of instructions since said averment is not made in writ petition. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that in case the contract of petitioner is not renewed, she will be informed alongwith reasons, if any, within a short period. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of that concerned respondent will either renew petitioner’s contract or communicate reasons for not renewing her contract for the Session 2024-25, within a short period.
