Applicant has filed this second bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 110/2023 registered at Police Station – Bhanupratappur, District North Bastar, Kanker (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 354 of IPC, Section 8 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(a) of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2. Learned counsel for applicant submits that till date only 4 witnesses have been examined. However, perusal of ordersheets would show that victim, PW-1, was examined in the month of January 2024. 3.
