On 29.04.2025, following order was passed by this Court : "On the matter being taken up, at the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has instruction from the applicant to withdraw this application under Section 528 BNSS, therefore, a week's time may be granted to him to move appropriate application to withdraw the instant case. Let this matter be listed on 07.05.2025 as fresh." It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that pursuant to order dated 29.04.2025, the applicant has filed the instant application dated 12.05.2025 with a prayer to withdraw the aforesaid application under Section 528 BNSS. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to such prayer of learned counsel for the applicant. Accordingly, instant application dated 12.05.2025 is allowed. Withdrawal Application No. 2 of 2025, the application under Section 528 BNSS is dismissed as withdrawn/not pressed.
