Learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant held from very poor and illiterate family was not aware about the legal provisions and he could not arrange for his Counsel due to the financial crisis, and therefore, delay of 288 days is caused. 3. Learned APP strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is no sufficient and reasonable cause for condonation of delay. 4.
