4. According to the petitioner, she participated in a selection for the post of Headmistress in a Government Aided Junior High School in the year 2009, however, she was offered appointment only in 2017, therefore, she is entitled to salary and other monetary benefits for the period between 2009 to 2017.
5. Reliance is placed upon Regulation 17 (N) framed under Uttarakhand School Education Act, which provides that in case, approval to the recommendation of the selection committee is not given by competent authority within two months, then it shall be deemed that approval has been granted.
6. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to make a representation and the competent authority be asked to take decision thereupon.

7. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection, if the petition is
disposed of as prayed by the petitioner.
8. Accordingly, the writ petition is
disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make representation. If he makes representation, within ten days from today, the competent authority shall examine the issue and take decision, as per law, within four months thereafter.
