Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned order dated 15.12.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.1, whereby removed the petitioner from the post of commercial representative without any sufficient reason and without issuing any notice to him. 2 2. Learned counsel for the respondent-State contended that pursuant to impugned order, respondents-authorities are not going to remove the petitioner from the post of commercial representative. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that this writ petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to revive the same if any cause of action arise in future. 4.
