The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner fired from his country- made pistol, which hit the leg of daughter of informant. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are pattidars and there is partition dispute between them. Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2025 and has got clean antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition. 6. Considering the period of custody, let the above Patna High Court CR. MISC.
