This is an application for condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the revision application challenging the order passed by the Family Court, Yavatmal. 3. Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that before the Family Court, Yavatmal, the non-applicant has preferred an application for grant of maintenance which is allowed by the Family Court without considering the mental status of the present applicant. The applicant is suffering from Chronic Schizophrenia, and therefore, he could not approach to his Counsel to prefer the revision, and therefore, delay is caused. 4. The application is supported by the disability certificate which shows that the applicant is suffering from 939.appr.62.24.odt 2 Chronic Schizophrenia and disability to the extent of 60%. Thus, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, there is justifiable and reasonable grounds for condonation of delay. 5. In view of that, the application is allowed and the delay is hereby condoned. 6. Revision be registered. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (ST.) NO.1933 OF 2024 7.
