Criminal Appeal (SB) No.2083/2024, has also been filed by the appellant assailing the same impugned judgment dated 12.07.2018 passed by learned trial court and vide order dated 10.09.2024, same has already been partly allowed. The appellant’s conviction for offence under Section 380 IPC has been maintained but sentence awarded to him is reduced to the period already undergone by him.
