2. Counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars.
3. Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal shall not come in the way of the petitioner. All pending applications, if any, are disposed of.
