This is the Second bail application :led under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 157/2025 registered at Police Station Mana Camp, Raipur, District – Raipur (C.G.) for the o?ence punishable under Sections 331(4) and 305 of BNS. 2. The earlier :rst bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court in MCRC No. 5656/2025, vide order dated 18.07.2025, on KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 merits. Hence, this second bail application. 3. Upon a pointed query being made by this Court from the counsel for the applicant as to the justi:cation for :ling a second bail application despite the earlier one having been rejected on merits, and further, as to the present status of the trial including the number of prosecution witnesses examined so far, the applicant was unable to furnish any satisfactory response. He failed to inform this Court how many prosecution witnesses have been examined till date. 4.
