The contraband along with other material was seized under the cover of medI'atOrS report. 4. Heard. perusedtherecord. 5. On perusal of the materl'al on record goesto showthat basing on the confessional statements of co-accused, name of the petitioner herein/A6 I'S arrayed as accused in the present crl'me. ln pursuant to the confessl'onal statement, the petitioner herein was arrested on 17.12.2024. Except the confessional statement, there is no other material is collected showing the complicity of the petI'tiOner in the present crime. The quantity of contraband allegedly seized from the possessl'on of the accused is 20 Kgs of ganja.
