...Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pleased to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent no.6 in willfully disregarding my complaint dated 29-08-2025 and making me to sign on a fresh complaint drafted by the authorities of respondent no.6, and registering the FIR No, 142 of 2025 dated. 29-08-2025 on the same thereby altering the original averments of my complaint as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice, article 14, 21 of Indian constitution and consequently direct respondent No. 6 to consider my original complaint dated 29-08- 2025 under FIR No. 142 of 2025, instead of the complaint drafted by Respondent No. 6, and to investigate the crime vide FIR No. 142 of 2025 on the file of G.Konduru Police station strictly in accordance with the original complaint and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct respondent no.2 to 4 to consider my representation 02-09- 2025 and take appropriate steps to investigate the crime vide FIR No. 142 of 2025 on the file of G.Konduru Police Station,strictly in accordance with the original complaint dated 29-08-2025 pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner: PILLIX LAW FIRM Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent no.6 in willfully disregarding my complaint dated 29-08-2025 and making me to sign on a fresh complaint drafted by the authorities of respondent no.6, and registering the FIR No, 142 of 2025 dated. 29-08-2025 on the same thereby altering the original averments of my complaint as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice, article 14, 21 of Indian constitution and consequently direct respondent No. 6 to consider my original complaint dated 29-08- 2025 under FIR No. 142 of 2025, instead of the complaint drafted by Respondent No. 6, and to investigate the crime vide FIR No. 142 of 2025 on the file of G.Konduru Police station strictly in accordance with the original complaint and to pass…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of the official respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had approached the police with a written complaint on 29.08.2025, but the same was not received as it was. Instead, a police constable by name Ramakrishna scribed another complaint and obtained the signature of the petitioner. Based on that scribed complaint, Crime No.142 of 2025 was registered on 29.08.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 140(3), 115(2), 127(2), 351(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) against the unofficial respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the contents of the original complaint were not incorporated and, therefore, the investigation would not reflect the true allegations. Learned counsel therefore prays that a direction may be given to the police to consider

the representation of the petitioner and ensure that the investigation is carried out fairly in accordance with law.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that the court may pass appropriate orders in this matter.

Having regard to the submissions and on a perusal of the record, this Court is of the opinion that, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 6th respondent–Station House Officer, G. Konduru Police Station, to look into the grievance of the petitioner with reference to his original complaint dated 29.08.2025 and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law. The 6th respondent shall ensure that the investigation in Crime No.142 of 2025 is carried out fairly and the entire process of investigation shall be concluded as expeditiously as possible.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
