1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:-
“ It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the FIR dated 10.04.2023 registered U/s. 406, 409, 34 of IPC which relates to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners pointed out that this petition has become infructuous as the trial has already been commenced and the petitioners have been acquitted from the charges leveled against them.
