Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners were granted Possession Certificates by the Respondent No.4 recognizing their long standing position with regard to residential plots in Sy.No.87/1 71 Ward, Gajuwak Village, Visakhapatnam, and as they were threat of > dispossession, the Petitioners filed W.P.No. 29047 of 2022 and wherein this Court had restrained the revenue authorities not to dispossess the Petitioners from the schedule property without due process of law. Now, as there is threat of dispossession from the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, the present Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 on instructions submits that there is no interference by the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 3 4. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
