ORDER:
The petitioner/husband filed the present petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to withdraw HMOP No.103 of 2021 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Chirala, Prakasam District, and to transfer the same to the learned Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District. 2. The case of the petitioner in brief is as follows:
The petitioner/husband has filed HMOP No.103 of 2021 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Chirala, Prakasam District, seeking for dissolution of marriage, under Section 13 (1) (i-a) (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The petitioner/husband has also filed OS No.209 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chilakaluripet, Guntur District, seeking for permanent injunction against the respondent/wife. Then, the respondent/wife has filed a complaint vide CC No.215 of 2022 on the file of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chilakaluripet, Guntur District. Later, the petitioner/husband has filed GWOP No.117 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur

District, seeking for custody of the children, and the respondent/wife has filed a maintenance case vide MC No.49 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chilakaluripet, Guntur District. All the above said cases are pending for adjudication before the concerned Courts. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/husband submits that as the other cases are pending for adjudication before the concerned Courts at Guntur District, the HMOP No.103 of 2021 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Chirala, Prakasam District, may be transferred to the learned Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent/wife has fairly represented that he has no objection to allow the present petition. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by learned counsels on both sides on record, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and HMOP No.103 of 2021 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Chirala, Prakasam District, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the learned Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District.
The learned Senior Civil Judge, Chirala, Prakasam District, shall transmit the case record in HMOP No.103 of 2021 to the learned Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District, duly indexed, as expeditiously as

possible, preferably within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties shall appear before the learned Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District, on 05.05.2025 at 10:30 A.M. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending and the Interim
order granted earlier, if any, shall stand closed.
