The Grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is not providing the signed arbitral award bearing no.G6/25/Ganaganapalli/ 2018 dated 31.03.2022 as per Section 31(5) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to prefer an appeal, despite representation dated 27.06.2023. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader furnished instructions dated 21.11.2025 addressed by the Collector and District Magistrate, Kakinada District. The said written instructions indicates that the 4 respondents have not able to provide award to the petitioner due to formation of new Revenue Districts with effect from 04.04.2022 and the Arbitrator and District Collector, E.G. District was relieved on the AN of 3.4.2022. Due to formation of New Revenue Districts, the nomenclature of East Godavari District has changed as Kakinada, due to that the respondents could not get the approval of the arbitrator on other copies. Hence, the Arbitral Order signed by the Arbitrator & District Collector was colour Xeroxed and sent to the petitioner. 4. Hence, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the concerned arbitrator to send the copy of arbitral award to the petitioner herein within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
