ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“...to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring the high-handed acts of the respondents in particular of the 3rd respondent in Mutating the name of the 5th Respondent in 1-B Namuna bearing Sy.No.220/1 an extent of Ac.1.10 cents out of Acers 2.57 cents of petitioner’s property at Gundugallu revenue village, Gangavaram mandal, Chittoor District under khata No.670 without notice, is illegal, arbitrary, improper and un-just and contrary to principals of the natural justice and consequently direct the 5th respondent to remove the 1-B Namuna from the Government web land stands in the name of 5th respondent under khata No.670 and pass such order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the official respondents are mutating the I-B Namoona in the name of the 5th respondent in respect of the petitioner’s subject land, without following the due process of law.
3. Therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent authorities to follow the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in Chinnam Pandurangam v. Mandal Revenue Officer, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and others reported in AIR 2008 AP 15, before effecting the mutation
4 in the revenue records and web land entries in respect of the subject land.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
