This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has sought the following substantial reliefs : "(i) To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the Judgment and Order for Cancellation of Registration dated 16.01.2025 bearing Reference No.ZA090125159021X passed by Superintendent Ranged-I Moradabad." 3. We have heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perused the material on record. 4. Sri Gaurav Mahajan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent fairly submitted that no personal hearing was granted to the petitioner. 5. In the light of above statement, the order for cancellation of registration dated 16.01.2025 is quashed and set aside, with a direction to the respondent authority to grant the petitioner an opportunity of hearing and thereafter, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law, within twelve weeks from date. 6.
