1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs;-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash order dated 13/12/2024 (Annexure P/1) and (Annexure- P/2) in respect of the petitioner and respondent no 5. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent Authorities not to disturb the present posting of the petitioner. 10.4 Any other relief which the Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case may be given.”
2. Brief facts of the case, is that, the petitioner is holding a substantial post of "Forestor" in Forest Division Marwahi. On 24.09.2024 the petitioner was posted as Range Assistant Khodri
3 Forest Range-Khodri Division Marwahi by the respondent No. 4. On 01.10.2024, the petitioner has given his presence in the post of Range Assistant as per the order dated 24.09.2024. All of sudden on 13.12.2024 the petitioner came in to the knowledge of the impugned order (Annexure-P/1). It was utter surprise to the petitioner that another impugned order (Annexure- P/2) the respondent no 5 has been posted in place of the petitioner. It is pertinent to mention here that petitioner has joined the present place of posting just before three month on 01.10.2024. Only to accommodate the respondent No. 5 the impugned order has been passed. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that its a case of frequent transfer earlier the petitioner was transferred vide order dated 24.09.2024 thereafter vide impugned order dated 13.12.2024 the petitioner was again transferred as such he is praying the transfer order is required to be quashed on this ground alone. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State it cannot be a ground to say that transfer order cannot be passed on a frequent basis . However, on query he was unable to say anything why this transfer order has been passed. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 4

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, especially considering the fact that earlier the petitioner was transferred on 24.09.2024 and again the petitioner was transferred on 13.12.2024 as such the transfer order is hereby quashed. 7. However, respondents are at liberty to transfer the petitioner in accordance with law. 8. With this observation, the instant petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
