GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following order: Aggrieved by the non-payment of bill amounts to the petitioner in relation to the completed works, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri P.Karthi Kiran, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. 3. Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj on written instructions dated 31.12.2025 submitted that, as against the claim made by the petitioner to a tune of Rs.11,82,050/-, the authorities have admitted to pay to a tune of amount of Rs.11,81,150/- as claimed by the petitioner and sought three(03) months time for such payment. 4. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions of both the learned counsel and as the authorities are ready to pay the admitted amount to the petitioner, this court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition, at the admission stage with the following direction. The respondents are directed to release the legally admitted/entitled net amount to a tune of Rs.11,81,150/- (Rupees Eleven Lakhs Eighty One thousand, One Hundred and fifty only) at the earliest, and at any rate, within a period of three(03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
