The file has been placed by the Registry seeking clarification as regards apportionment of the said amount in seven petitioners. Learned counsel for petitioners has appeared along with petitioners no. 1 and 2 on the basis of advance intimation. 2. Learned counsel for petitioners has taken me through para 46 of the said judgment, which clearly lays down that it is petitioners no. 1 and 2 who had offered to deposit the said amount and did so subsequently. Petitioners no.1 and 2 present in court are husband-wife and state that the amount may be released in the name of petitioner no.1 as they hold a joint bank account. 3. Under these circumstances, it is directed that the said amount be released in the name of petitioner no.1. This is a digitally signed order.
