The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 215/2024 arising out of Hunterganj P.S. Case No. 21/1999, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 & 120B of the I.P.C. and Section 17(i)(ii) of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-I, Chatra. 3. On 21.04.1999, husband of the informant was murdered by extremists near Chakla forest area. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that named accused persons have been acquitted from the learned Trial Court. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-I, Chatra in connection with S.T.
