On earlier occasion, when the learned counsel for the respondents reported compliance of the orders, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondents that the orders of this Court have been complied with, there remains nothing for adjudication and contempt case is liable to be closed.
Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, he is at liberty to file appropriate application in accordance with law. No costs.
