This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents for consideration of the representation made by the petitioner on 29.10.2025, making a complaint under Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908 (Andhra Pradesh Amendment- Act No.1 of 2024). 3. Considering the submission and perusal of the Amended Act, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders by issuing a notice to all the concerned. The said exercise should be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 5.
