No. 10794 of 2025 -------------------------------------------- Dated this the 28th day of March, 2025 JUDGMENT The only prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to finalise the adjudication proceedings in connection with seizure of vehicle bearing Registration No.KL-10-AA-5488 on the basis of Ext.P4. The petitioner has also requested for a direction to the 1st respondent to call for a report from the 3rd respondent regarding the GPS history of the vehicle of the petitioner and the time and place of the alleged incident. I do not think it is necessary to go into such details since these are all matters which the 1st respondent has to consider while finalising the adjudication proceedings. This writ petition is hence disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to finalise the adjudication proceedings in connection with the seizure of the vehicle of the 2025:KER:27343 WP(C) NO. 10794 OF 2025 3 petitioner bearing Registration No. KL-10-AA-5488 after hearing the petitioner at the earliest, at any rate, within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
