As per the applicants, appellant No.1 Satpal Sharma has expired during pendency of the present appeal on 05.11.2024, leaving behind his legal heirs as mentioned in para-1 of the application, who are required to be brought on record. The application is duly supported with the affidavit of applicant, Bhuvneshwari Devi. No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non-applicant/respondent. Heard. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and since right to sue survives in favour of the applicants, the application is allowed and legal heirs of deceased appellant No.1 Satpal Sharma, as mentioned in para-1 of the application, are ordered to be brought on record, after setting aside the abatement, if any. Amended memo. of parties, annexed with the application, is ordered to be placed on record. Application stands disposed of.
