This interlocutory application under Order XLI, Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is preferred by the applicant, praying for stay/suspension of the operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 17.09.2024, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, West Kameng, Bomdila in MACT Case No.17/2023(D). Since the connected appeal, being MAC. App Case No.14(AP)/2025 is admitted today, the operation of the judgment and award dated 17.09.2024, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, West Kameng, Bomdila in MACT Case No.17/2023(D), shall remain stayed/suspended, subject to the deposit of 50% of the awarded amount before the Registry of this Court within 30 days from today.
