Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-wife and that the distance between Gadag and Shiggaon is more than 100 kms and taking into consideration the hardship that may be caused to the petitioner-wife to attend the Court proceedings at Gadag, I find force in the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-wife. Accordingly, the petition stands allowed. 4.
