Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police visited the subject land on receipt of a call from Dial 100 and did not interfered in the civil dispute between the parties. 4 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties except under due process of law. No costs.
