It is contended by the petitioner that the petioner has made a representation to the 5th respondent, seeking deletion of the subject property from the prohibited category. It is further contended that the said application has not been considered by the respondents. 4. In view of the decision of the Hon’ble High Court for the State of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in the case of Vinjamuri Rajagopalachary Vs. State of Andhra Pradesh1, having regard to the contentions advanced, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation to the 3rd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon filing of such representation, the 3rd respondent shall consider and dispose of the representation, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter, affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
