Heard Sri Venkatesh B Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Lakshmi Prasanna, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. 03. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have filed Crl.M.P. No. 180 of 2024 in S.C. No. 95 of 2021 before the Court of the learned VIII Additional Sessions Judge, East Godavari, Rajamahendravaram, and that the said petition has been pending consideration for more than a year. He therefore prays for a direction to the learned Sessions Court to dispose of the said petition at the earliest. 04. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 05. Having considered the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of the material available on record, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned VIII Additional Sessions Judge, East Godavari, Rajamahendravaram, to dispose of Crl.M.P. No. 180 of 2024 in S.C. No. 95 of 2021, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting unnecessary adjournments, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 06. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
