2. Petitioner is serving as Junior T-Mate (Class-IV) at Pangi Valley, Electrical Division, HPSEB Ltd. Killar, District Chamba. The area falls under difficult/hard area under the applicable policy guidelines. The case set up by the petitioner is that on completion of 3 years and 9 months at the present place of posting, representation dated 12.11.2024 (Annexure P-3) was preferred to respondent No.1 seeking his transfer to a station of his choice. -2- grievance is that aforesaid representation has not been decided by respondent No.1/competent authority till date.

Looking into the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct respondent No.1/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of four weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The
