JUSTICE KARDAK ETE O R D E R Date : 04.07 .2025. Heard Mr. I. Bam, learned counsel for the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is to the effect that the respondent authorities have failed to process the pension papers in respect of her late husband, who was serving as Vice Principal in the Government H.S. School at Manmao, Changlang, and had unfortunately died on 29.10.2023. Considering the nature of the grievance, this Court on 02.07.2025, directed the learned standing counsel for the Education Department, Mr. T. Tagum to obtain instruction. Today, Mr. T. Tagum, learned standing counsel, on instruction submits that the process of pension papers is under active consideration and as and when the same is cleared, it would be sent to the Audit & Pension Department. In view of above instruction, Mr. I. Bam, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that if the matter is under active consideration and if it is done within a reasonable time, he would not like to press the writ petition at this stage. Considering the above, the writ petition stands closed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again, if occasion arises. It is expected that the respondent authorities shall complete the entire Page No.# 3/3 process, as expeditiously, as possible. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
