The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.12/2023, registered at Police Station – Bodhghat, District Bastar (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366-a, 506 Part-II, 376-D of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012. 2 2. Complainant/victim appeared before this Court through DLSA, Bastar via video conferencing and objected the bail application. 3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application. He, however, prays for direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible. 4. Permission granted. 5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. The trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
