Ms. Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, on written instructions, submitted that the authorities have admitted to pay an amount of Rs.7,50,055/- and prayed to grant twelve (12)weeks time for payment of the amount. 3. Sri Sridhar Tummalapudi, learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for receiving the amount and also for granting time as sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the concerned authority to pay to the petitioner the admitted amount of Rs.7,50,055/- within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
