Heard Sri B.V.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case and that there are no ingredients against the petitioners to attract the alleged offences. Learned counsel prays for quashment of the petition. 4. Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, this criminal petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report in accordance with law within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
