(Oral) The present revision petition has been filed against the interim order dated 09.03.2022, by virtue whereof the learned Sessions Judge, Bhiwani has declined to summon respondents No.2 to 4 as additional accused under Section 319 of the Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.142 dated 11.07.2020, under Sections 307, 323, 449, 302, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the trial has since then been concluded and the summoned accused have been acquitted and no further grievance would survive with respect to the non-summoned accused as well, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
