The learned APP submits that the trial has sufficiently progressed and four witnesses are already examined. Only two witnesses are left to be examined and thereafter, statements of the accused persons under Section 313 Cr.P.C. will be recorded and the matter will be posted for argument and judgment. He submits that the entire process is likely to complete within a period of six months from today. 2. In the light of above, the learned Advocate for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the present application. The Application is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.
