2 raising his grievance and a direction may also be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the same.
2. Prayer made by the petitioner is just and proper.
3. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
4. The State Level Rationalization Committee is directed to decide appeal already preferred by the petitioner as well as the fresh representation submitted by the petitioner within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. It is made clear that the pending representation does not mean that the transfer has been stayed by the Court of law.
6. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
