3.
Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that respondent No.3 conducted inquiry in respect of some of the works on 26.11.2024 and in respect of other works, the inquiry was not completed so far.
4. Learned standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4, submitted the instructions of respondent No.3, wherein it was mentioned that inquiry was completed on 26.11.2024 and appropriate orders will be passed within one week in accordance with Rules.

It is not the case of the petitioner that no opportunity of hearing was afforded. The averment in the writ affidavit regarding works is not in consonance with the contents of the notice.
6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is
disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the counsel, directing the learned respondent No.4 to pass appropriate orders strictly in terms of the Field Assistants Human Resource Policy, 2013 qua the notice Ex P.1. No costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
