Case of the prosecution, in brief, isthat, on 16.12.2024, on receiving credible information, the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, along with his |NRI staff and mediators, rushe~d to near Mamidipalem Junction, and found Al and A2 in possession of 3 Kgs of Ganja. The contraband, along with other material, was seized under cover of a mediators report. The accused Nos.1 and A2 were arrested and got remanded to judicial custody. 3. Heard`.`perusedtherecord. 4. The petitioners herein were arrested on 16.12.2024 and since then they have been languishing jn jail.I The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the possession of the accused l's 3 Kgs., which is not a commercial quantity. Learned Assistant publl-c prosecutor submitted that major portion of the llnvestigation has been completed and the charge sheet could not be filed for want of inventory. 5. ln view of the aforesaI'd facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petI'tiOnerS/Al and A2 on the following conditions. i) The petitioners/Al and A2 shall be released on ba" on their executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I AdditI'OnaI District and sessions Judge-Gum-special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam.
