Although, the petitioner claims a higher compensation for the super-structure existing over the acquired land and has challenged the notice issued to him by Deputy Land Acquisition Officer, Maharajganj informing the petitioner that the compensation amount for the super-structure is in deposit and he may approach his office to accept the compensation and remove the super- structure failing which it would be demolished but the law, under which acquisition has been made, has not been disclosed nor copy of the award has been annexed and, therefore, it is not possible for this court to examine the claim. 2.
