1. The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 09.01.2025/24.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-34065-2024 and in CM-1685-CWP-2025.

In compliance of the order dated 09.01.2025/24.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-34065-2024 and in CM-1685-CWP-2025, reply by way of affidavit of Manisha Devi, Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Andhli, Tehsil Siwan, District Kaithal, along with order dated 30.01.2026 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 in the Court.
