We have perused the record and gone through the reliefs sought in the present writ petition. Having regard to the nature of the reliefs sought in the present petition, we find that the grievance raised by the petitioners can appropriately be considered and decided by the Grievance Committee constituted pursuant to the order dated 16.06.2026 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1775 of 2026. Since the reliefs sought by the petitioners squarely fall within the jurisdiction of the said Committee, we deem it appropriate to relegate the petitioners to avail the said remedy. Accordingly, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Grievance Committee, which shall consider and decide the petitioners' grievance, as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law. 3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All contentions of the parties are kept open. 4. After passing the order, learned counsel for petitioners continued to make submissions and this is not the first such occasion. On earlier occasion, we have instructed learned counsel to maintain decorum. 6. At this stage, Mr. R. G. Kavimandan, learned counsel tendered apology, which we find to be lip service.
