Ruksar @ Rani Devi (corpus) which is being handed over to the petitioner No. 2 Smt. Ruksar @ Rani Devi (corpus) today in the Court itself. The present Habeas Corpus Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. The present Habeas Corpus Petition, is accordingly, dismissed.
