G RAJU SRS,J C.C.No.1573 of 2025 The Court made the following: ::ORDER :: The above contempt case has been filed, complaining of the non- implementation of the order dated 05.09.2024 in W.P.No.19374 of 2024. 2. The writ petition was filed to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representations dated 17.11.2023, 10.04.2024 and 24.04.2024 made by the petitioner to cancel the final inter-se-seniority list as illegal and arbitrary. 3. The said writ petition was disposed of on 05.09.2024. The operative portion of the order reads as follows: “Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the representation (appeal) filed by the petitioner on 17.11.2023, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight (08) weeks, strictly as per law. …” 4. Today, when the matter is taken up, Sri G. Raju, learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that the Commissioner, Health and Family Welfare, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, passed an order vide DSH-11/129/2024-GENL ESST-APVVP dated 21.10.2024 and the same was received by the petitioner on 22.10.2024. 5. The above contempt case was filed on 26.06.2025, complaining non- implementation of the order, dated 05.09.2024. 6. Since a speaking order has been passed in pursuance of the order dated 05.09.2024, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated SRS,J C.C.No.1573 of 2025 05.09.2024, passed in W.P.No.19374 of 2024 as pleaded by the petitioner in the contempt case. Hence, this contempt case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order passed vide DSH-11/129/2024- GENL ESST-APVVP dated 21.10.2024. No costs.
