The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the Appellate Authority to dispose of the statutory appeal as expeditiously as possible. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be ordered directing the first respondent to consider the statutory appeal dated 03.09.2024 vide Annexure-A. 5. Sri.Madan Deshpande., counsel submits that if a direction is issued, the Governing Council/ respondent No.1 would take appropriate steps to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record. 6. A Mandamus is ordered directing the first respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:4730 WP No. 100832 of 2025 dispose of the same, in accordance with law within one month from today.
