That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/ order / suitable direction towards the respondent no.1 to consider and decide the application of petitioner (Annexure P-6) within stipulated period. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/ order / suitable direction towards the respondent no.1 to remove the encroachment of respondent no. 2 with immediate effect. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/ order / suitable direction towards the respondent no.2 to pay the proper SHUBHAM DEY Digitally signed by SHUBHAM DEY 2 compensation who un- authorizely occupied and run the Dhan Mandi over the land of petitioner. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit. 10.5 Cost of the petition may also be awarded.” 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition at this stage. 3.
